PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 439(1)(b) of Cr.P.C. praying to modify the conditions imposed in the bail order passed by the Hon'ble I Additional District Judge, Thiruvallur in Crl.M.P.No.1955 of 2024 dated 22.04.2024.

ORDER

Criminal Original Petition has been filed to modify the conditions imposed in the bail order passed by the Hon'ble I Additional District Judge, Thiruvallur in Crl.M.P.No.1955 of 2024 dated 22.04.2024 to produce a copy of document to show their permanent residence and possession of property.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner stated that since the petitioner does not hold any immovable property, he seeks modification of the condition imposed by the learned I Additional District, Judge, Thiruvallur in Crl.M.P.No. 1955 of 2024 on 22.04.2024. He further submits that he is ready to execute a bond for Rs.50,000/- along with two sureties each.

3. In view of that particular fact and in view of provisions of law, the second condition is deleted in the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.1955 of 2024 dated 22.04.2024 and modified as follows: "The petitioner/A7 shall execute a bond for Rs.50,000/- along with two sureties each for the like sum for the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Poonamallee. All other conditions remains intact. 2/4
