Crl.O.P.No.11634 of 2024 and Crl.M.P.No.8626 of 2024 C.V.KARTHIKEYAN, J.

The petitioner / A2 in Crime No.45 of 2023 registered by the respondent police for the offences originally registered under Section 174(3) of Cr.P.C., and subsequently, altered to Section 306 IPC, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that a report had been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kunnam, wherein the petitioner has been shown as absconding accused.

3.In view of that particular fact, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.

Connected Criminal Miscellaneous Petition also stands closed.

The petitioner will necessarily have to surrender before the jurisdictional Court and seek appropriate relief.
