ORDER
This petition is filed for a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to file charge sheet in Crime No.204 of 2013 dated 09.10.2013 on the file of the second respondent. 2.The petitioner herein lodged a complaint on 09.10.2013 as against one D.Bommi wife of Selvan and five others for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 447, 448, 294(b), 506(ii) and 427 of IPC with the respondent police, but till date no investigation was conducted. Hence, this petition. 3.Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
completion of investigation, the respondent police has filed charge sheet before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Udumalpet and the same was not taken on file. 4.In view of the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, since already the charge sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Udumalpet, now nothing survives in this petition for adjudication. Hence, recording the submissions of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
