(This case has been heard through video conference) When the matter was taken up today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor Submitted that the FIR has been registered in Crime No.1178 of 2020 for the offences under Sections 147, 294 (b), 323, 354, 427, 458, 381 and 506 (ii) of IPC.

2. In view of the above, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition. Hence, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh petition.
