There shall be a direction to the the learned II Additional NDPS Court, Chennai, to complete the proceedings in C.C.No.89 of 2023, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and report before this Court after completion of the proceedings. 3.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
