O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 09.10.2008 and also for a direction to the fifth respondent to settle the amounts with interest, due to the petitioner for the construction of Ration shop at Akkur Village, Arni Taluk, Tiruvannamalai District.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The petitioner was entrusted with the construction of ration shop at Akkur Village, Arni Taluk, Tiruvannamalai District. The money due to him has not been settled by the respondents. Hence, he made a representation on 09.10.2008, to the fifth respondent. Since, the same has not been considered, the petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking for the aforesaid relief.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the pendency of the representation, the fifth respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 09.10.2008, on merits and in accordance with law,within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
