ORDER

The petitioner, alleging that he has been falsely implicated by the respondent for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323, 324 IPC r/w Section 3(1)(x) of the SC/ST Act, seeks a direction to the learned District Special Judge for SC/ST, (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, Villupuram District, to consider the bail application in Crime No.128/2014 on the same of his surrender.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3. Considering the nature of the prayer sought for and taking note of the fact that the petitioner is prepared to surrender before the learned District Special Judge for SC/ST, (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, Villupuram District, there shall be a direction to the learned District Special Judge for SC/ST, Prevention of Atrocities) Act, Villupuram District, to consider the bail application to be submitted by the petitioner along with his surrender before that Court, on the same day on merits and pass appropriate orders.
