Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the first respondent to issue necessary hall ticket to the petitioner, who has under gone her second year D.T.Ed course in the fourth respondent institution for the academic year 2008-09, permit her to write the second year D.T.Ed examinations which is to commence from 30.06.2009 and consequently publish her results with the necessary certificate.
