This petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in FIR No.13 of 2024 dated 07.08.2024 on the file of the first respondent, registered for the offences under Sections 420, 409 & 109 of IPC as against the petitioner and others.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition.

In view of the above request, this criminal original petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the first respondent is directed to complete the investigation in Crime No.13 of 2024 and file final report within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
