The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the first respondent to dispose of the appeal dated 05.04.2023 taken as Na.Ka. A4/ 1384 / 2023 on the file of the 1st respondent.
2. The learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners mainly contended that the inquiry proceedings initiated is in progress and the Revenue Divisional Officer completed the process of inquiry but final orders are yet to be passed.

The learned Additional Government Pleader, appearing on behalf of respondents 1, 2 and 5, based on the written instructions, made a submission that the inquiry has already been concluded and the Revenue Divisional Officer has kept the matter pending due to the pendency of the present writ petition.
4. In view of the said submission, the first respondent is directed to complete the inquiry in all respects and pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. 19.09.2023 Index : Yes Speaking Order (sha) 3/4
