ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The petitioner is a departmental candidates, who participated in the process of recruitment for Sub Inspector of Police. The petitioner cleared the written examination as also the Physical Endurance Test, but has not been selected for the final phase of viva-voce as she does not fall within the ratio of 1:2 prescribed for viva-voce.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner participated, she clocked second in the timing. While that being so, the timing clocked by all the people in the category was taken in the list drawn up and thereafter, they were called for viva-voce in the ratio 1:2. Unfortunately, the petitioner does not fall within the zone of consideration.

3. In view thereof, we are not inclined to entertain the writ petition.
