(Order of the Court was made by R.Mahadevan, J.) This petition is filed by the petitioner/ appellant seeking to condone the delay of 1702 days in paying the deficit court fee in the above appeal.

2. Having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and being satisfied with the same, the delay is condoned and this petition is ordered accordingly.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner/appellant submitted that the appellant is inclined to file an application under Samadhan Scheme.

4. Hence, the Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list under the caption "for withdrawal".
