This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police not to harass the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that no case has been registered as against the second petitioner and as such, the second petitioner is not required for any enquiry by the respondent Police, but the first petitioner is required for enquiry with regard to the land dispute.
