O R D E R
This Court, on mentioning made by the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner, has taken up the matter on 18.09.2020 and granted an order of interim injunction restraining the defendants from entering into the premises of the petitioner till the disposal of the Interlocutory Application.
2. Today when the matter is taken up for admission, the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner would draw the attention of this Court to certain e-mails addressed by the defendants. The defendants are none other than authorized dealers, whose contract has already been terminated. They instead of invoking arbitration clause or any other method adopted to resort to strike in front of the petitioner-Company. They are neither the workers nor employed in any other capacity by the Company. They are authorized dealers who contract has not been renewed. Once it is not renewed, they have to work out their remedy in the manner known to law. They cannot give a threat by saying that they are going to end their life in front of the Company. 2/4

In view of the serious threat and the communication sent by the defendants, a direction is given to the District Munsif, Hosur, to dispose of I.A.No.2 of 2020 in O.S.No.70 of 2020 within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Till such time, the order of interim injunction granted by this Court in C.R.P. SR.No.61063 of 2020, now numbered as C.R.P.(PD) No.1663 of 2020, shall remain in force. With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
