2. By consent of both the parties and also taking note of the fact that the petitioner schools have got temporary recognition and they have submitted the applications for recognition and the same is pending before the 3rd respondent, these writ petitions itself are taken up for final disposal.
3. The learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents would submit that the 3rd respondent / Chief Educational Officer will consider the representations made by the writ petitioners in accordance with law and pass suitable orders at the earliest possible time, and until the orders are passed, no coercive steps will be taken.
4. Accordingly, the third respondent is directed to consider the representations submitted by the writ petitioners and pass suitable orders in accordance with law within a period of four
weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, and no coercive steps shall be taken until then. With the above directions, these writ petitions stand disposed of. No costs.
