This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Paragraph 6(b) of the order passed in Crl.OP.No.18625 of 2022 dated 12.08.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that, this Court while granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner had directed her "to deposit original title deeds (stand in the name of the petitioner or her husband or his friends or relatives) not below the value of Rs.50 Lakhs (Rupees Fifty Lakhs only) along with the valuation certificate obtained from the authority concerned to the credit of Crime No.123 of 2022, before the concerned Magistrate, within a period of four weeks from the date on which the order copy made ready". He further submit that the petitioner is ready to deposit the original title deeds (stand in the name of the petitioner or her husband or his friends or relatives) not below the value of Rs.25 Lakhs (Rupees Twenty Five Lakhs only) along with the valuation certificate obtained from the authority concerned to the credit of Crime No.123 of 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

gbi 2022, before the concerned Magistrate and thereby he seeks for modification of condition.

In view of the above submission, this Court modifies the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.18625 of 2022 dated 12.08.2022 to the effect that the "petitioner is directed to deposit the original title deeds (stand in the name of the petitioner or her husband or his friends or relatives) not below the value of Rs.25 Lakhs (Rupees Twenty Five Lakhs only) along with the valuation certificate obtained from the authority concerned to the credit of Crime No.123 of 2022, before the concerned Magistrate". All other conditions remains unaltered.
