This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 347 days in representing the appeal against the decree dated 27.02.2020 made in A.S.No.211 of 2019 on the file of the learned III Additional Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai.

2. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered subject to following condition:
