When the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that petition enquiry is pending.

2.In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Court directs the respondent to complete the enquiry, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Till then, the respondent is directed not to take any coercive steps against the petitioner.

3. This petition is accordingly disposed of.
