This petition has been filed to call for the records relating to the proceedings of the FIR in Cr.No.63 of 2014 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Molasi Police Station, Molasi, Tiruchengode Taluk, Namakkal District and quash the same.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that investigation in Cr.No.63/2014 has been completed and Final Report has been filed in C.C.No.92 of 2016 before the Judicial Magistrate-1, Tiruchengode.
