2. The learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that there is a serious threat that the defendants will enter into the premises of the petitioner and commit suicide.

3. Considering the seriousness of the situation, there shall be an order of interim injunction restraining the defendants from entering into the premises of the petitioner till the disposal of the interlocutory application.

4. It is made clear that the learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to communicate this order by e-mail without waiting for the certified copy.
