This petition has been filed praying to quash the FIR in crime No.668 of 2017 registered by the first respondent police.

The learned Government Advocate(crl.side) appearing for the first respondent police submitted that after completing investigation in crime No.668 of 2017 on the file of the first respondent police, the same was closed as mistake of fact on 23.09.2017.
