Petition filed under section 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the third respondent herein to issue patta to the petitioner in respect of house site bearing Plot No.46, comprised in Town Survey No.518/1B situate at Hosur Village and Taluk, Krishnagiri District within the time to be stipulated by this Hon'ble Court based on the petitioner's representation dated 15.09.2014.

Heard Mr.R.Bharath Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.V.Jayaprakash Narayanan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

2.The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the third respondent to issue patta in respect of the house site bearing Plot No.46, comprised in Town Survey No.518/1B situate at Hosur Village and Taluk, Krishnagiri District based on the petitioner's representation dated 15.09.2014.

3.It appears that another owner approached this Court in W.P.No.19391 of 2014 and obtained an order directing the respondents to consider his representation.

4.Therefore, following the said order, the writ petition is disposed of as hereunder:

"The respondents are directed to dispose of the representation dated 15.09.2014, submitted by the petitioner on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after hearing the persons concerned. It is made clear that this Court has not gone into the merits of the case projected by the petitioner in this writ petition."

5.This writ petition is disposed of with the above observation. No costs.
