ORDER

The prayer sought for in this Criminal Original petition is to direct the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Kattumannarkoil, Cuddalore District to expedite the disposal of the case.

2. Taking into account that the case is pending from the year 2013 and the submission of the learned counsel that the trial has already commenced, it would be appropriate to consider the petitioner's request. Hence, there shall be a direction to the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Kattumannarkoil to expedite the trial in C.C No.113 of 2013 and complete the same preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above observations, the Criminal Original petition stands allowed.
