This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the F.I.R. registered in Crime No.151 of 2016 on the file of the first respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent and learned counsel appearing for the second respondent.

3. When this Court was about to dismiss this petition on merits, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

4. In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, Crl.M.P.No.8380 of 2016 is also dismissed.
