Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, to call for the entire records connected with the impugned order of detention passed by the 2nd respondent in D.No.C2/09/2025 dated 17.03.2025 and quash the same, consequently, directing the respondents to produce the petitioner's husband A.Johnson, S/o.Arokiyasamy, aged about 27 years, detained in the Central Prison, Cuddalore, before this Court and set him at liberty.
