This writ petition has been filed for direction to the respondents 5 & 6 to restore the sewerage and water line connection bearing account No.08/096/03066/000, Old CMC No.04/057/0360000210 on the basis of the disposal of the representation of the petitioner dated 10.05.2019.

this Court to withdraw the petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
