ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by Senthilkumar Ramamoorthy, J.) The writ petition was dismissed with costs by an order dated 21.12.2020 on the ground that the petitioner had suppressed material facts. However, a status report was called for from the Secretary, District Legal Services Authority, Tiruvallur District. Pursuant to the said order, a status report dated 19.03.2021 has been filed indicating that the fish market was examined and making certain observations in relation thereto.

2. In view of the aforesaid, nothing remains of the writ petition.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the costs of Rs.25,000/- could not be paid on account of the closure of the Compassion Children's Home. Instead, he seeks leave to pay the costs to the Jeroham Ministries Trust at No.8, Lotus Street, Shakthi Nagar, Adambakkam, Chennai 600 088. The said request is accepted and the writ petitioner is directed to make the payment within a week from date.
