O R D E R

The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to provide electricity service connection to the petitioner's premises namely No.65, Nallaiah Naidu Street, Nammalwarpet, Chennai - 600 012 without interruption in accordance with law.

2.The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent TANGEDCO made a submission that during the pendency of the writ petition, the electricity service connection was provided as per the application submitted by the writ petitioner. 3.In view of the submission made by the learned Standing Counsel, no further adjudication is required. Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
