ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 294 (b), 392 and 506(ii) of IPC, in Crime No.203 of 2022, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused parsons have waylaid the defacto complainant and robbed his two wheeler and ear ring. Hence, the complaint.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. Hence, he would pray for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would raise strong objection stating that petitioner waylaid the defacto complainant robbed his two wheeler and ear ring.

5. It is seen that the petitioner committed very serious offence. Therefore, the custodial interrogation of the petitioner is very much required and this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
