Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of Mandamus for bearing the 3rd respondent their agents, and representatives from preventing the management, staff and the loyal workmen and their vehicle from having ingress and egress into and outside the factory for attending their work and perform other duties and also from preventing the loyal workmen from attending their work in their shifts and for further direction directing the respondents 1 and 2 to give adequate police protection to the petitioner, their agents and representatives, staff members and loyal workmen for their free movement as stated above.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for the issuance of writ of mandamus seeking police protection to the petitioner. 2.Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. 3.In view of the submission made, this petition is closed as nothing survives for adjudication. No costs. Consequently, connected M.P. is closed.
