(CR.NO.60 OF 2022) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed that the petitioner shall upon before respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.O.P.No.8212 of 2022 dated 08.04.2022. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.KARTIK, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt.Advocate (Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.8212 of 2022 on 08.04.2022 to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
