The prayer sought for in this petition is to call for the records pertaining to the proceedings pending in C.C.No.2879 of 2011 on the file of the learned Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai and quash the same.
2. In view of the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.8882 of 2017, even dated, wherein this Court after recording the joint memo of compromise filed between the petitioner therein/A1 and the second petitioner/defacto complainant, as allowed the said Criminal Original Petition, this petition filed by the petitioners herein/A2 to A4, who are the relatives of the A1 also requires to be allowed. Petition stands allowed. The proceedings in C.C.No.2879 of 2011 on the file of the learned Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai are quashed. The Joint Memo of Compromise shall form part of the order.
