Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issue of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to Notification No.01/2015 dated 8.2.2015 on the file of the third respondent and quash the same in so far as made applicable of portion Section-II I (vi) ''... in the ratio of 1:2 i.e. the number of candidates called for viva voce will be restricted to 2 times the number of vacancies in each quota/category'' as far as the petitioner's category of Departmental quota is concerned and consequently, direct the respondents to permit the petitioners to participate in the Viva Voce and to appoint the petitioners in the post of Sub Inspector of Police, if otherwise eligible. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
