Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issue of Writ of Certiorari to call for the records relating to Notice Ref.No.Nil dated Nil, stuck by the 6th respondent bank, on the petitioner's property at No.110C, Siva Garden, Anugraha Nagar, Arikkamedu Main Road, Tirumullaivoil, Chennai 600 062, and quash the same as being illegal, invalid, void and against the principles of natural justice.

O R D E R
The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition, with liberty to pursue the petitioner's remedy in the civil suit in O.S.No.5720 of 2017, pending on the file of XI Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai. The learned counsel has also made an endorsement to the said effect.
In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to pursue the remedy in the aforesaid suit pending before the City Civil Court, Chennai.
