ORDER

The petitioner has filed this writ petition on an apprehension that the respondents will close the TASMAC shop / bar bearing Shop No.1653 situated at No.3, Car Street, Sowripalayam, Coimbatore-28.

2. Mr.B.Nedunchezhiyan, learned standing counsel for the Tamil Nadu State Marketing Corporation Limited, on written instructions from the respondents, submitted that there is no proposal to close the shop.

3. The above statement made by the learned standing counsel for the respondents is placed on record and the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
