S.M.Gandhi v. S.Veeraraghavan

C.M.P.No.12326 of 2022 C.M.P.No.12326 of 2022 in A.S.No.57 of 2011 V.BHAVANI SUBBAROYAN.J, It is submitted that Mr.S.M.Gandhi who was the sole appellant in the above appeal died on 15.02.2021 and he was a bachelor till his death. Since he died intestate and being a bachelor, the petitioner herein namely S.P.Rajah, who is one of the brothers of the deceased Gandhi, filed this petition to add him as the legal representative of his deceased brother Gandhi in the above appeal.

2. The other brothers and sister of S.M.Gandhi have filed consent affidavit before this Court to add the petitioner herein as the legal representative of the deceased Gandhi in the above appeal and the learned counsel for the respondents also has got no objection in allowing this petition.

3. In view of the same, this petition is allowed.
