Petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to direct the Hon'ble Principal District Munsif at Mayiladuthurai to dispose off the O.S.No.269 of 2014 expeditiously within a time frame.

O R D E R

The defendants in O.S.No.269 of 2014 pending on the file of the Principal District Munsif at Mayiladuthurai have preferred this revision for earlier disposal of the suit in O.S.No.269 of 2014.

2.The respondent herein as plaintiff has filed a suit for permanent injunction restraining the petitioners herein not to interfere with the peaceful possession and enjoyment except under due process of law stating that he is a lessee for the property and paid advance amount and he is in possession and enjoyment of the same, but the defendants/ petitioners herein are trying to evict him and hence, he is constrained to file the suit. 3.The petitioners herein/ defendants filed written statement along with the counter claim for rejecting the injunction application filed by the respondent herein/ plaintiff and it has been dismissed against which C.M.A.No.8 of 2015 was filed and it was also dismissed. Now issues were framed and it is posted for trial.

Since the respondent/ plaintiff has paid neither the lease amount nor the licence fee for the suit property, the petitioners want earlier disposal of the suit and hence, they have come forward with this revision. 4.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. Considering the limited prayer sought for in this revision, notice to the respondent is dispensed with.

5.Considering the arguments advanced and the averment in the typed set of papers, this Court feels it a fit case for granting a direction to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.269 of 2014. Hence, the learned Principal District Munsif at Mayiladuthurai is directed to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.269 of 2014 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after giving fair opportunity to both sides.

6.Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
