Crl.M.P.No.7044 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.28457 of 2023 SUNDER MOHAN , J This petition has been filed seeking to modify the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.28457 of 2023 dated 21.11.2022.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court by order dated 28.03.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.4286 of 2023 had extended two weeks to execute the surety on condition to deposit a sum of Rs.1000/- to the credit of legal services authority attached to the concerned Court. He would submit that since the petitioner is in judicial custody, he is unable to comply with the condition and to execute the surety. Hence, the time limit to execute the surety may be removed.

3. Considering the said submission, the petition is ordered and four weeks time is granted to the petitioner to comply the conditions as directed by this Court, from the date on which the order copy is made ready.
