This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners Crl.O.P.No.8042 of 2023 on 13.04.2023 to stay at Thiruvarur and report before the Inspector of Police, Thiruvarur Town Police Station, daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is totally relaxed. However, the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
