PRAYER: Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code praying to relax the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that petitioner shall appear before the respondent police to fortnightly i.e, on 1st and 15th of every month at 10.30 a.m, until further orders imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.2063 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.732 of 2020. ORDER

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.2063 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.732 of 2020., that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on 1st and 15th of every month at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the the conditions.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.2063 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.732 of 2020 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police on the first working day of evey month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

5. With the above directions, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.
