It is made clear that despite the Division Bench orders dated 23.10.2017 in W.A.Nos.813 and 814 of 2015, sale deed has not been executed. Therefore, again the Writ Petitions came to be filed. Though it is sated that the sale deed has been executed only in respect of other five, whereas these writ petitioners the respondents are dodging to execute the sale deed unnecessarily.

In such view of the matter, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents seeks time. If the respondents are not coming with a positive answer in the next date of hearing, Statutory Notice will be issued to the Secretary of SIDCO. Post on 19.12.2022.
