Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1 to 4 respondents to approve the appointment of the petitioner as Secondary Grade Teacher with effect from 28.07.1995 so as to enable the petitioner to count the service for annual increments from 01.04.1996 to 01.04.2003, selection grade in the cadre of secondary grade teacher from 28.07.2005, Special grade from 28/07/2005 and Revised Pay commission arrears, revised scale of pay and other monetary benefits by considering the representation dated 11.04.2019.

ORDER

The prayer in this writ petition is to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to approve the appointment of the petitioner as Secondary Grade Teacher from 28.07.1995.

2.During the pendency of the writ petition, by proceedings dated 14.06.2019, the claim of the petitioner came to be rejected by the 4th respondent.

3.In view of the same, the present writ petition cannot be entertained with the prayer as prayed for and therefore, the same is dismissed, with the liberty to the petitioner to challenge the proceedings in a separate writ petition, if so advised. No costs.
