When the matter was listed for hearing on 12.09.2016, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners reported "no instructions" and hence, this Court directed the Registry to issue drafted notice to the petitioners. Pursuant to the orders of this Court, the Registry sent drafted notice to the M.DURAISWAMY,J.

va petitioners. However, the petitioners refused to receive the drafted notice sent to them. Hence, the names of the petitioners were printed in the cause list on 17.10.2016. Since, none appeared for the petitioners on 17.10.2016, this Court directed the Registry to list the matter under "for dismissal" caption on 18.10.2016. Today, the Civil Revision Petition has been listed under "for dismissal" caption. However, none appeared for the petitioners. Hence, this Court has no other option, except to dismiss the Civil Revision Petition for non-prosecution.
