The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 316(2), 318(4) and 336(2) of BNSS Act 2023 (under Section 406, 420, 465 of IPC) in Crime No.117 of 2025, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the petition and he has also made an endorsement in the Court bundle to that effect.

3. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
