ORDER

The petitioner, being aggrieved against the order passed in O.S.No.3 of 2012, filed an appeal in A.P. No.18 of 2015 before the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

first respondent. Seeking early disposal of the said appeal, the present writ petition has been filed.

2.Taking into consideration the pendency of the appeal and without going into the merits of the same, a direction is issued to the first respondent to consider the petitioner's appeal in A.P.No.18 of 2015 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is also at liberty to file an application seeking appropriate interim relief, which can also be considered by the first respondent. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
