The present writ petition has been filed challenging the charge memo issued by the first respondent in proceedings dated 02.09.2016.
2. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents made a submission that during the pendency of the present writ petition, an enquiry was conducted and final order was passed in the proceedings and challenging the said final order, the petitioner filed another writ petition in WP No.17494 of 2018 and an order of interim stay was granted in that writ petition. Thus, no further adjudication is required in respect of the grounds raised in the present writ petition.

3. Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
