Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to condone the delay of 1631 days in representing the above said Appeal in W.A.Sr.No.52778 of 2015 against W.P.No.10707 of 2015 in CMP.No.11391/2021.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.K.V.MUTHU VISAKAN, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to condone the delay of 1631 days in representing the appeal in W.A.Sr.No.52778 of 2015 against W.P.No.10707 of 2015.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3. Though the appellant has stated reasons in the affidavit filed in support of the petition for the delay in representing the appeal, this Court is not convincing, as the appellant seems to be changing various counsels and hence, we are inclined to allow this petition on condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees two thousand only) to the Madras High Court Advocate Clerks Welfare Association, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, the order shall stand vacated automatically without further reference to this Court.
4. Registry is directed to number the appeal upon production of proof of payment of Rs.2,000/- and list the matter for admission, if it is otherwise in order.
