ORDER

The petitioner, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence under Sections 43 and 66 IT Act, 2000 r/w 316 (2), 318(4) of BNS, 2023 in NCRP No.32612240001527/2024 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

3. In view of the same, the respondent shall conduct and conclude the enquiry within a period of three weeks from today. If the petitioner's appearance is required, the respondent shall issue a notice under Section 35 of BNSS, 2023 and on such notice, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent. Till the conclusion of the enquiry, the respondent police shall not arrest the petitioner.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
