Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the order dated 06.07.2020 passed by the 2nd respondent pertaining to his proceedings in reference No:5 (93)/TWCO/CNR/11/193 and quash the same and consequently, direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's request for renewal of license.

2. This writ petition is filed challenging the order of the second respondent dated 06.07.2020, cancelling the licence given to the petitioner under Tea Estate Control Order 1959. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. As against the said order of the second respondent, an appellate remedy is available before the concerned authority of the Central Government, as it is evident from the impugned order itself. Therefore, this Court is of the view that this writ petition cannot be entertained, as the petitioner has to avail such statutory appellate remedy before the concerned authority. Therefore, by granting liberty to the petitioner to file such an appeal before the concerned authority within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
