ORDER

The present criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to register the complaint dated 6.11.2015 given by the petitioner.

2. In the petition, it is averred that due to money dispute, one Prakash Chand along with goondas assaulted the petitioner and threatened him with dire consequences. Hence, the petitioner lodged a complaint with the respondent police on 6.11.2015. But, till date, no action was taken on the said complaint. Hence, the present petition.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that there is a money dispute between the parties. However, the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 6.11.2015 has been assigned CSR Number as C.S.R.No.333 of 2015.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the fact that the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 6.11.2015 has been assigned CSR Number as C.S.R.No.333 of 2015, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

this Court directs the respondent to conduct enquiry in C.S.R.No.333 of 2015 and dispose of the same in accordance with law, as early as possible, preferably within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This criminal original petition is disposed of accordingly.
